Flipkart blocked my account, saying packaging not upto Flipkart standard Packaging without any prior notice.
What will a seller do in this kind of situation?? There was no prior email or any kind of communication.
We have used all Good packaging but Flipkart says we didn’t buy packaging materials from Flipkart and hence they blocked the account. Why flipkart didn’t communicate to us and why they are forcing sellers to buy their packaging materials. All my packaging are green and we don’t use plastics and we adhere to Maharashtra packaging norms as well.
Amazon doesn’t force to use their packaging, I think Flipkart is trying to make money by selling packaging materials now.
We have invested lot of money in purchasing our inventory and if my account is blocked, how will I feed my family and pay my people.
Flipkart needs to be more responsible before taking such an extreme step.

It is time we all stand together and fight against this dominating policies.
After calling many times Flipkart don’t understand and then finally 1 support person told me that to fix this it will take another 10 days. These guys don’t understand how it will impact the business, what a pathetic company.
Flipkart enabled my account at the end of 3rd June 2019 but now out of around 180 products only 7 are showing. I called Flipkart support many many times but they are not able to help. Also Flipkart Seller support team don’t understand my problem, every thing I have to tell them multiple times.
In short my business is doomed and Flipkart is not doing anything, Flipkart is not a responsible company.
